How much does a personal injury lawyer cost?+
The consultation is free and we work on a contingency fee, so there is no attorney fee unless we win money for you. Clients may remain responsible for case costs and expenses, and we explain the terms in writing before you sign.
How long do I have to file a claim in New Mexico?+
Most New Mexico injury claims must be filed within three years, but claims against a government entity require notice within 90 days, and claims involving the Navajo Nation or a federal facility follow different, often shorter, deadlines. Call early.

What if I was partly at fault?+
New Mexico uses pure comparative negligence, so you can recover even if you were partly, or mostly, at fault. Your compensation is reduced by your share of the blame.
